Prom Dates and Polls

The cutest and semi-most embarrassing thing happened yesterday. My boyfriend and I went to hang out and he took me to a park, and I was like, “Hmm I wonder why we’re here, considering it’s raining?!” He was like, “Why not?” So we sat under the pavilion for a while and talked and he said we should have a picnic sometime. I was like, “Yeah, but it’s kinda cold today. Maybe after I get back from DC?” So he was like, sure, why not? A few seconds later my friend Lula comes up carrying this hefty picnic basket with this huge smug look on her face and I was like… OHHH MAN, I feel dumb! So I open the basket and there’s a flower on top and I go, “This is NOT a daisy!” (The day before, Lula had asked me what my favorite flower was, and I told her it was a daisy, but I already told Josh that.) Josh was like, “Sorry! She didn’t tell me. ):” But I was totally kidding so it was all good. And then he goes EHEMM and points in the basket and there’s this blue paper with white letters glued on it that says “PROM?” I was like YES!! 
Haha so cute. Then we ate cheese and crackers and apples and brownies. Gooood dinner. Haha. I felt like an idiot, because Lula had been in the van the whole time, just laying in the back and I had no idea. But it was still sooo cute. (:
On another note, due to some recent comments, I’ve started to wonder what appeals to people in a layout. So I’m taking a basic poll so I know what kind of layouts you like. I wish I had some sort of rating system for the layouts, but unfortunately, this is the best I can do. If you want to comment with your favorite layout style (of mine, preferably), that would be awesome as well.
I think the coding because the person using the layout can always change the background to what they want

That was sweet of him to include your friend in it too, and wow so romantic but not overly done. CONGRATS, have fun. But when is PROM?

i thinkk theyre both important but the coding is more, like the person above me said, “the person using the layout can always change the background the what they want.”

Oh, and in response to your question, I think the coding and background are both equally important because the coding allows the user to customize and it makes everything fit together and the background is important because it makes the layout become more eye-appealing and less plain.

Aww your boyfriend is so cute, it makes a change for them to be actually thoughtful for once.
